This review is focused on discussion critical evaluation instrumental tools for COVID-19 diagnosis that developed in last months. METHODS: Survey actual literature scientific reports was made. most substantial analytical diagnostical methods identified described. Principles limitations are described, papers cited this review. RESULTS: Analytical like Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Loop-mediated isothermal Amplification (LAMP), Lateral Flow Immunochromatography Assay (LFIA), Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent (ELISA), biosensors ChemiLuminescence ImmunoAssay (CLIA) discussed assay viral particles, antigens specific host antibodies blood, serum, plasma, nasopharyngeal swab other samples order to diagnose COVID-19. CONCLUSIONS: an emerging disease has spread over world since end year 2019. epidemic necessity introduce sensitive distinguishing from diseases. (Tab. 2, Ref. 96).
